Salary range for this position is $71,864-$84,552; Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.

POSITION SUMMARY: ​The Supervisor, Facilities is responsible for overseeing and supervising the daily operations of their designated team at OSF Facilities. The Supervisor works with all levels of the facility to gather information and maintain working order in the department, provides assistance to other departments as needs arise pertaining to facilities management, and frequently collaborates with other levels of leadership to maintain operation.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITY:
Oversees, supervises, and leads the day-to-day operations of the department, including Mission Partners and oversight of contracted staff.
Performs regular job tasks as part of the team when not performing administrative duties.
Inspects and evaluates the assigned tasks of Mission Partners and delegates to ensure that work is accomplished in a timely and professional manner and in accordance with established policy/procedure.
Communicates with vendors and other offsite personnel and contractors.
Plans and schedules activities that require interdepartmental cooperation, including project planning.
Provides information to other levels of leadership in order to monitor inventory and budget purchases for materials as needed.
Serves as a point of reference for all department functions and participates in tasks as needed to ensure completion.
Ensures department specific reports, analyses and summaries are completed.
Maintains a working knowledge of current trends, regulations, and department specific developments in the field.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or GED

Five years of experience in maintenance or construction

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Associates Degree or technical/vocational training in a related field. Experience with basic computer navigation.
